I'm working on my cross stitch.

I was recently inspired by an e-buddy to pick up my cross stitching again. I found a lovely pattern of a fox in the woods by Stephanie Hedgepath in an old magazine that I used to get. It's in the Jan/Feb 93!! issue of Better Homes and Gardens Cross Stitch Magazine. Good Grief, am I THAT old??

Well, while perusing the internet, I discovered that Stephanie has also done a JRT pattern that was available. I ordered it, and when I finish the Fox, I'll do the dog. Its in a stable standing in front of a bale of hay with a saddle on the bale. I'm being good and finishing the Fox first, or it won't get done.

I'm thinking I may want to do more critters to go with the set. Maybe a squirrel and a racoon. But only if they are good patterns.

So, I'm off to do my worst. LOL!

  1. Welcome back to my addiction! I think you need to add a horse to the collection. After all, they all go together! Hope you post a progress pic soon!

  2. Yes, a good Irish Hunter perhaps. Or a Connamara Pony. Humm, the quest for the right pattern. LOL. And maybe some Celtic knots in the corner.

    Decisions, decisions.
